Shipping policy

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over AUD $100 within Australia. For orders below AUD $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to ship to the following countries: New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Japan, and Singapore. Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated during the checkout process.

 

DISPATCH

We strive to process your order within one business day, ensuring you receive your purchase as soon as possible. Orders placed before 11am AEST, Monday to Friday, are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please double-check your order details carefully, as we cannot update the shipping address once your order has been processed.

 

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order through our delivery partner's website. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active and show transit information. DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times:

• Australia Post Standard: 5 - 10 business days.
• Australia Post Express: 1 - 3 business days.
• International Shipments: 6 - 28 business days.

 

DELAYS

During peak periods, such as major sales, orders may take longer to dispatch. Please allow an additional 5 - 10 days for dispatch during these times.
